Welcome to Out in Snohomish (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website https://www.outinsnohomish.org, subscribing to our newsletter, registering for events, or participating in our programs, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our website or register for our services.

  • Out in Snohomish operates as a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering inclusion, visibility, and community among LGBTQ+ individuals and allies in Snohomish County and beyond.
    All website content, newsletters, and events are provided for informational, educational, and community purposes only.

  • A. Registration

    • Some of our events may require advance registration or RSVP due to limited capacity.

    • Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

    • Confirmation emails will be sent to those successfully registered.

    B. Waitlists

    If an event reaches capacity, a waitlist will be created. If space becomes available, individuals will be contacted in the order they joined the list.

    C. Attendance

    By registering for an event, you agree to attend or notify us promptly if your plans change so we can accommodate others.

    D. Event Conduct

    Out in Snohomish is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. We reserve the right to deny or revoke participation to anyone engaging in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.

    E. Photography & Media

    By attending our events, you consent to the possible use of photographs or video that may include your image, for noncommercial nonprofit purposes (such as social media or promotional materials).
    If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform a staff member or volunteer upon arrival.

    • Subscribing to our newsletter is voluntary.

    • You agree to receive periodic updates about Out in Snohomish’s programs, events, and community news.

    • You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email or by contacting us directly at hello@outinsnohomish.org.

    • We do not sell or share your email address with third parties.

  • Item Any donations or ticket purchases are processed securely through trusted third-party payment platforms (such as PayPal, Stripe, or GiveButter).


    All donations are non-refundable. Event ticket refunds may be available at the organization’s discretion prior to the event date.

  • By participating in Out in Snohomish programs, online forums, or events, you agree to:

    • Treat all individuals with respect and dignity.

    • Refrain from harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior.

    • Follow the directions of event organizers and volunteers.

    Violation of this code may result in removal from an event or restriction from future participation.

  • All website text, graphics, and materials are the property of Out in Snohomish unless otherwise noted. You may share or quote content for personal or educational use, provided you credit Out in Snohomish and do not alter the material.

  • Out in Snohomish is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during participation in our programs, use of our website, or attendance at our events, except to the extent required by law.

    Participation in outdoor or physical activities is voluntary and at your own risk.

  • Your use of our website and participation in our programs are also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

  • We may revise these Terms of Use at any time by posting an updated version on our website. The updated terms become effective upon posting. Continued use of the website or participation in our events constitutes acceptance of any changes.
