COMMUNITY EVENT - Poly Mixer
Charm & Strange is a recreational clubhouse primarily focused on providing opportunities to Everett's queer-community and beyond to showcase/sell their art, create art, and relax in a safe and affirming environment. They have lounge spaces to chat, board games, movies and projector available, video games, musical instruments to play, a crafting room, and a little lending library. Enjoy their art from local artists!
Come hang out with and meet other poly people. Color-coded name tags will be provided for those who want them.

Join us for the Snohomish Pride Parade — a joyful, high-energy celebration of love, visibility, and community!

COMMUNITY EVENT - Author Event: Nicola Griffith
Join Edmonds Library and Under the Rainbow for a storyteller event with Nicola Griffith!
Nicola Griffith is the author of nine novels, including Hild, Spear, and Menewood. In addition to her fiction and nonfiction (New York Times, Guardian, Nature, New Scientist) she is known for her data-driven 2015 work on bias in the literary ecosystem and as founder and co-host, with Alice Wong, of #CripLit. Awards include the Los Angeles Times Book Prize, Society of Authors ADCI Literary Prize, two Washington State Book Awards, the Premio Italia, Nebula, World Fantasy, and Otherwise awards, and six Lambda Literary Awards. She holds a PhD from Anglia Ruskin University, is married to writer Kelley Eskridge, and lives in Seattle—where in 2024 she was inducted into the SFF Hall of Fame. In 2025 she was named as SFWA’s 41st Damon Knight Memorial Grand Master.

Queer and neurodivergent focused Art Meet up - Allies welcome!
Bring your current project or play with some of the supplies we've brought to share! For this meeting I'll be bringing coloring books and a few other random supplies.
We will be located in the meeting room at the Mariner Sno-Isle library branch, when you arrive feel free to connect with the librarians at the front desk for directions to the room! The space gets pretty warm, I’ll be bringing some fans this time for additional air flow but I’d recommend dressing in layers for your own comfort.
