Pride Flow Yoga Class
Join us for Pride Flow at Rise Studio, a welcoming and inclusive yoga class designed to help you move, breathe, connect, and celebrate community. ๐
This grounding yoga class focuses on breath, mobility, and mindful movement. Moving at a slower pace, the class allows time to settle into each pose while improving flexibility and easing tension. Thoughtful sequencing and breath cues support recovery, balance, and overall well-being.
Whether youโre brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, everyone is welcome. Come as you are, bring a mat if you have one, and enjoy an evening of movement, connection, and Pride.
